Pasta and seafood dish! With our lemon and Herb butter<3

The sauce:

1/2 cup of our lemon and herb butter

1 bag of baby spinach (6oz)

1/4 cup chopped shallots

2 cups of heavy cream

1/2 cups of basil

3 cloves of garlic

salt and pepper to taste

about 25 clams steamed and deshelled

1 cup deshelled shrimp

1/2 cup crab meat

Optional add-ons:

4 slices of chopped bacon

1/2 lemon juiced

1/2 TBS red pepper flakes


  1. Put 1/2 cup of our lemon and herb butter into the pan along with shallots. Cook on medium heat until shallots are soft and slightly transparent

  2. Add garlic and spinach and cook for about 1 minute ( if additional lemon is desired add 1/2 of a juiced lemon now)

  3. Add crab meat and shrimp to the pan( only add the shrimp now if it is raw! If cooked shrimp is being used wait to add the shrimp, just add the crab meat and skip to step 5 now)

  4. Cook until shrimp is pink on both sides( do not overcook the shrimp as it will become rubbery)

  5. Once shrimp is pink on both sides add the heavy cream and steamed clams and bring to a boil then remove from stove

  6. If you are using pre-cooked shrimp once the heavy cream is at a boil add in the shrimp to the pan and remove it from the stove!

Put over your choice of pasta, sprinkle with cooked chopped bacon, parsley, and parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
